What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Dayforce is its all-in-one platform that brings HR, payroll, workforce management, and talent management together in a single system. Having real-time access to accurate employee data simplifies administrative tasks, improves reporting, and helps our team make faster, more informed decisions while reducing manual work.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike most about Dayforce is that some advanced features can have a learning curve, especially for new users. The platform's extensive functionality can make certain configurations and reports complex to set up, and occasional system updates may require additional training or adjustments for administrators and employees.

What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?

User friendly UI with ease of use for managing payroll, benefits and flexi pay planner. One single portal to manage and enroll dependents for benfits and Company communication related to finance whether it is Form 16 or tax estimator to help user get insights on tax forecast and recommend beneficial tax regime.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Tax estimator is something that i love the most about this product

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing on the functionalities but UI can be improved more

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Good for payroll and Finance management, lots of integrations possible.

What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?

Dayforce is a wonderful and best in class HR tool in terms of payroll processing and compliance. It comes with multiple unique features that makes the work much easier.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

There are some unique features such as AI driven forecasting, Dayforce wallet and built-in compliance policies for more than 200 countries that really make sense.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As a beginner to learn the functionalities and managements of this product is little bit confusing sometimes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If your priorities are payroll processing, compliance so you go for this. Also, there re multiple unique features that works seamlessly and get the job done.
