What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

Jira provides great collaboration across multiple teams; it has great options for customization and provides great filters and workflows to track a ticket.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Jira has good pricing making it suitable for all small and large business. It also help in collaboration , design and deliver within the same software.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The user interface of jira can be improved making it more user friendly. It also lacks real time reporting feature.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Please go through proper training and documentation in order to maximize the use of JIRA

Easy to use user interface.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Though there is not much to dislike about this application wtill i would appreciate if they can create mobile widgets for tracking current assigned tickets.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's a great product don't give a second thought just go for it.
