What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Microsoft Teams is more popular than other communication apps, and it works with MS 365 better than other apps

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Teams works well with MS 365, and most of our client know how to use it

What do you dislike most about this product?

Teams doesn't work stable as other communication software, especially when user has more than one Teams account, Teams doesn't work well as Microsoft promised, it always get error to start, we have keep one Teams account on one computer. Desktop Teams has more issue than web page Teams. Sometimes Desktop Teams will lost synchronize, user need to login again. Cell phone and web page Teams always good. Similar issue on other Microsoft desktop applications, like Outlook.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Teams has most features that we need in business, but IT may need to take more time than other applications to support user using it.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Basically whatever we upload it will be put on our domain like mywebsite.sharepoint.com where my all files are safe and easy to share internally and externally as well as it will entra admin as well to use the microsoft admin and implement azure services with it to use the product internally

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Best part is the security and easy sharing of files as well as meeting connection with the chat app as well as meeting with team on time within the app and now it will used for connecting with team on audio as well as calling whenever required share screening also available in it

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing from my end it is best product for sharing and chatting the files in the teams and sharing the group

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

best product who is taking for internal communication and file sharing as well as doing meeting between the clients as well as working on the stuffs like file sharing whiteboard as well as using the azure services like copolit internally
