What differentiates ProductPlan from other similar products?

The learning curve of the software is on an amazing level that we did not spend almost any time learning how to hugely benefit from the features of this product. Besides, the ease of use does amazing work that we can easily adapt to the software in a short time. The visualization is way better in contrast to others in the marketplace.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to manage the product effectively is capable with the integration of Jira we can handle the whole process with it. Generally, I would say it provides us with an amazing level of transparency in our enterprise. The color-coding feature is my favorite part of the software.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Customer service could be the most annoying part of the software that we experienced. We saw that the ability to solve the issue is okay, but the time taken to handle it is not something we can tolerate.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take into account that almost every part of the features is on a substantial level, however, the customer service could be painful and this is a priority for your company, be careful.

What differentiates ProductPlan from other similar products?

It has excellent online support. It allows you to visually manage each stage of the development process, it allows you to create roadmaps for projects, it can be easily integrated with Jira, it also follows agile methodologies and has an excellent database for managing ideas.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like to create and work with a roadmap, it's really easy. It offers excellent road-mapping and visualization. I can connect it directly with JIRA. Allows great work (reciprocally).

What do you dislike most about this product?

It works very well, it allows you to work simultaneously and create roadmaps in the easiest way.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is very good for managing all product processes and allows all members of a team to collaborate on the product roadmap.

What differentiates ProductPlan from other similar products?

Thanks to its native Jira and Slack integration I can connect and communicate overall product strategies with detailed goals to execute within minutes.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With ProductPlan I enjoy designing, updating and sharing roadmaps through Gantt charts. It has an intuitive and customizable interface. I really like the ability to link elements that depend on each other.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would love it to offer more integrations with external tools since I have not been able to integrate it with other frequently used software at the moment.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

With ProductPlan you can do your work much faster and easier.
