What differentiates Second Nature from other similar products?

I can say that this platform is impressive in many aspects. Unlike others, artificial intelligence is better developed, I like that it is helping enormously to improve the sales skills of team members

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This platform provides an AI-powered tool to improve presentations and make them more effective. We had fluency and gaps in our sales presentations, and this tool helped us improve the process. The ability to track the pace of the discussion, analyze speech and keywords, as well as detect silences and paraphrases is impressive.

What do you dislike most about this product?

it still feels like you're talking to an AI, and that can be a bit weird at times. I wish there was an animated character with improved features that would make the exchange a little more real

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Solves problems preparing and improving sales presentations, and coaching the sales team, which can be difficult. We are using this tool and evaluating progress. The ability to repeat sales presentations as many times as necessary to be effective in real life with customers gives us much more confidence and maturity in our presentation.

What makes this sales coaching software a must have is how effective and thorough it is when it comes to handling the sales team and training

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The software makes training sales team easy With the software in place, we have realized increased sales It's an easy to use solution

What do you dislike most about this product?

Well, I can't think of any as it has been flawless

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend Second Nature as it's affordable and get the work done. It's best Tool for training the sales team.

What differentiates Second Nature from other similar products?

train new users and upgrade existing ones to learn sales skills through repetitive training, helps save time and money on long training.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is quite practical as we learn, we correct mistakes, improve the score through repetition, it improves confidence, it helps me think about the ways in which I should face or respond in each situation, its interface is very intuitive.

What do you dislike most about this product?

On some occasions I have responded but it does not detect the response.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is quite intuitive and easy to use. This solution will help the sales team to boost confidence, as well as improve product knowledge.
