What differentiates Second Nature from other similar products?

The helpful tips and instant "call" grading were more top notch than any other software I have used.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I loved the grading feature, as well as the sample videos to see different talk paths/word tracks that are helpful to use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I did not like how all of my scores were recorded even after going back and re-doing the assessments.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would say to utilize all of the features as much as possible! It is a great product that will help you in your line of work as long as you are open to coaching and putting in the practice.
