What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Smartsheets's excellent support staff is one of its best features. When I first started working for the firm a year ago, I knew nothing about Smartsheets. However, the staff was more than willing to teach me the ropes and assist me in creating exactly what my company required. The chief executive officer has given me the green light to promote widespread use of Smartsheets as a means of accelerating our initiatives this year.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The inability to programmatically rearrange sheet rows is a major drawback for me.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Using a project queue to organize ongoing work has been quite useful for our company. With a form where they may detail their request in detail, attach relevant files if necessary, and send it off, the requester has a lot more control over the process. Then, we may delegate work within our team, track who is doing what, communicate with the requester if necessary, and finally, mark the assignment as finished.

The ability to link cells between spreadsheets enables the development of master spreadsheets that offer quick summaries or automatic reports. To specifically meet the demands of businesses, a wide range of apps and combinatory solutions can be used to increase Smartsheet's functionality. It offers complete mobile access. In Smartsheet, it is possible to trace project plans all the way down to the task level, and the tool is also where we handle all of our project budgets.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Regardless of how straightforward or intricate a project plan is, Smartsheets is a great tool for creating and organizing it. With cell-level security capabilities built-in right out of the box, budgets, dates, and assigning users action items and rights are all easily handled and maintained.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The ability to store metadata or items in a repository across sheets for ease of update/reference, dynamic drop-down menus depending on prior queries, and other features that would elevate it from great to fantastic are currently being worked on.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The best feature of Smartsheet is its documentation and confidentiality procedure, which allows us to attach all pertinent papers to each row and control which may read the documents and which fields they can see through its dynamic display. Finally, the Smartsheet Solution Center offers ready-made templates and dashboards that may be used for various business kinds.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Our project management team manages the project plans for all of our clients using Smartsheet. Anyone who is familiar with MS Excel or any other similar database tools will immediately feel at home with Smartsheet's user-friendly interface. With this design, new users may quickly get started without the need for lessons.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I find it annoying how simple it is to undermine some solutions but not all. There are also other ways a wonderful solution can fail if safety guards are not built in from the constructor or they make a few little mistakes, even though they recently corrected an area that breaks across reports.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

In contrast to the automated process and pre-created automated emails, Smartsheet provides us with a ticketing application that enables us to generate and submit tickets. In our company, smart sheets are utilized on several levels. Begins with the option to create and submit tickets for new vendors and customers, and each ticket can include the ability to add and attach pertinent documents.
