What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

When linked files are formed, when one file is edited and saved, other files immediately store the updated information when you refresh the screen. This is a great feature of smart sheet. Additionally, we may interact (text) with our colleagues depending on row item revisions, as well as the options for which columns to include in the reports we make.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Using Smartsheet, you may remain organized at all times. It's a fantastic tool for keeping you on track. If necessary, you're able to operate in a team and meet tight deadlines. The ability to immediately attach documents/files to Smartsheet line items is a big plus for me. It's a huge time-saver when it comes to document review and collaboration.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Smartsheet's layouts and formats can be somewhat convoluted at times. It takes some time to get used to, but once you do, it's a terrific way to remain on top of your to-do list.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is significantly easier to collaborate with external parties using Smartsheet than it is to collaborate with inside corporate parties using a Google docs + Box account. Using this tool, you may outline a project, assign tasks, and gather documentation for it. You can also upload documents, provide comments, and collaborate on them with others.

We started using SmartSheet to help our engineer with project planning and product ordering. The success of this implementation led us to implement it in other parts of the company. It has greatly improved our capability to monitor tasks and allocate resources.

Smartsheet's primary features include project planning and tracking, automation, and reporting, and its user interface is extremely adaptable and graphic. Smartsheet's project management capabilities are robust, enabling teams to accomplish a broad variety of tasks and getting rid of mundane routines.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish it could keep table-based drop-down menus updated automatically. Smartsheet does not do automatic backups, and data entry on forms has various restrictions.
