What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

I like that it is much like an excel spreadsheet but you can really build out your system however you do like to meet the needs of unique projects. It allows my small team to be able to communicate and stay on task with the numerous projects we have going on.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's more secure than sharing an internal document with the outside world because it doesn't not backup to our server and exposes us to potential security concerns. I don't need to add formulae because Smartsheet has so many capabilities also it saves me a lot of time in my day job after I figured out how to make it work for the unique demands of my area. Smartsheet allows me to save time,the time saved translate into money saved.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I haven't come across any for now.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It helps remain on track from start to finish. It's a simple method to collaborate on a single file without having to worry about various versions. It allows our staff to stay organized and communicate regularly without the need for lengthy sessions.

Smartsheet beats out the competition since it's simple to use, packed with useful features, and less expensive.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I enjoy Smartsheet's features. The dashboard tool is attractive and delivers data well. Our coworkers prefer getting real-time updates on team initiatives. I enjoy the notion of interactive sheets, dashboards, and reports. Getting everyone in a room to work together so these components can communicate. It's allowed us to concentrate on a single platform to meet our team's needs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I despise some Smartsheets features. Option to construct surveys that automatically return to data sheet is a feature. I like utilizing forms to conduct surveys, but the questions you can ask are restricted to what you can put in the column headings, so I have to travel to other platforms to do surveys and input the data again in my spreadsheet. You can't copy rows/columns from one smartsheet to another. It would be great since we use a lot of sheets and sometimes need to replicate them quickly.

This platform consolidates apps and evaluates data in real time. I suggest meeting with your Smartsheet salesperson and outlining your objectives so they can help you choose the best options.

Smartsheet is really a great tool that has helped create, organize and manage all projects. Also we use the tool internally to host files, data and articles for future reference. The is ease in setup with the ability to handle the workflow of our system. This platform ruther offers great automation features. It really great one can create structure by connecting multiple sheets. These spreadsheets are simple to use and contains correct information in them.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Smartsheet has helped us save more of our time which was greatly lost. This is due to the ability to create forms directly from smartsheet for data to be added quickly and efficiently.

What do you dislike most about this product?

inavailability of ease in communication with fellow colleagues due to lack of chat option. This really affects negatively. Also it's functionality is not of high caliber. Nothing else really affects negatively.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This platform really requires more skill hence recommend it to the highly skilled.
