Accelerating Sales Pipelines with Operations.

Likeliness to Recommend

7 /10

What differentiates Tableau from other similar products?

The beauty of this tool is that it takes the complexity of our CRM pipelines and turns them into daily actionable tasks for our business development reps. Other analytics software just show you historical trends. This platform actually tells you which leads to contact next based on historical conversion patterns. There’s nothing better at marrying business intelligence and active sales execution,

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Awesome feature is the automated pipeline velocity tracking. You can see how long deals linger in each stage and where they tend to get stuck. This visual representation helps our ops team to identify the holes in our sales training and tweak our go-to-market efforts to keep deals moving at a fast clip

What do you dislike most about this product?

The mobile app interface can get a bit busy at times, making it hard for reps to read complex charts on their phones. The desktop dashboards are beautifully spacious, but squeezing that data for mobile devices can sometimes create a frustrating user experience. It takes additional design work to make mobile-friendly versions.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

When designing dashboards its always consider a mobile-first approach if your sales team is constantly on the road. Keep your visuals simple and don’t use too many filters on mobile layouts. This means your field team can quickly access the critical deal insights that they need without having to navigate a complex interface.

Pros

  • Reliable
  • Performance Enhancing
  • Enables Productivity
  • Unique Features

Cons

  • Slower Product Innovation
  • Less Transparent
  • Vendor's Interest First
