What differentiates Zoom Rooms from other similar products?

Zoom was one of the first companies in this industry so there is the added benefit of dealing with a support team that may be more built out than other companies!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is easy to use and efficient.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The features have not improved over time and there are now better options.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Very good for very large meetings!
