What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

It may sound silly, but the virtual backgrounds on Zoom are what keep me coming back. My hands disappear or blink all the time in other apps. The technology in Zoom is just better at keeping me away from my messy home office. This is the best tool for keeping your privacy and professionalism while working from home. I can have a meeting in my kitchen without anyone knowing, which gives me a lot of freedom and peace of mind.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really like how the app works with other apps. It's very helpful that you can open a miro board or a trello card right in the meeting window. We don't need to share screens or switch tabs; we can just work together on the board in Zoom. Even in standard definition, the video is very clear. Plus, I can record locally to my computer for free, which is a feature that many other platforms charge for.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The app on my phone uses a lot of battery power. My phone gets hot and the battery dies quickly if I'm on a video call for more than 30 minutes. You really need to have a charger ready for meetings on the go.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If your home office isn't great, I suggest you use Zoom. The noise suppression and background filters will hide a lot of mess. It lets you look professional no matter where you are sitting.

I think it is its support for third party integration through the zoom app marketplace. This is important as it lets organizations connect Zoom Workplace with existing workflows more flexibly

For me it's the flexible meeting option which included breakout rooms, recordings, and easy screen sharing it's ease of use as well

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is resource intensive, and has a high bandwidth use. which eats battery and data and their support are sometimes slow

I will say you should combine zoom with complementary tools and do not overload it. Strategically doing it will reduce much load and give better efficiency

Its user friendly interface is so good that it is easy to implement for even first time users. It is kind of one app for all which makes it unique. Its reliability is outstanding.

I love the reliable and power of this platform mainly for video conferencing purposes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish the powerful features were less expensive. I wish that the whiteboard are more improved.

My recommendation would be to test the core functionality through the free plan and then upgrade according to your needs.
