What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
* Moving seamlessly from a one-person call during the same call to a multi-party meeting. * Being allowed to organize sessions without limiting the number of members or different participants. * It has a facility with an IVR. That the administrator has already installed, and will allow the user to locate a contact to connect with.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
* Contact with Zoom Phone is simpler and of high quality. * Provides secure contact via voice over IP for all Zoom Phone service users. * Allows other programs to import contacts. * The wallpaper is also available.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It can be very costly to price the facility. To increase the sound level of the setting, work should be done.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Even when you're not in the office or at home, the Zoom phone allows you to stay in touch at work and at home. It's a straightforward, practical approach that boosts collaboration and enhances communication with peers.

1- Audio and video of meetings in zoom phone is well-balanced and clear. 2 - It is easy to use, and the customer support is very responsive and fast in solving problems. 3 - The user interface of the application is beautiful to use.

1- Multitasking while using zoom phone is a hefty task. 2 - There is latency issue while screen sharing.
