A complete Platform that go Beyond Meeting

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom gives more control as an admin compared to MS Teams, and also easy to configure and maintain.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My Favourite aspect of Zoom is the Call Scheduling and its whiteboard, which I personally use to explain stuff in Meetings and also draw the Architecture Diagram then adn there.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some advanced collaboration and AI features are only available on paid plans.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would definitely recommend Zoom Workplace to businesses that rely on remote collaboration. It is easy to use, highly reliable, and offers much more than just video meetings.

Clunky use for teleconferencing

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
I don't feel that zoom is strongly differentiated from similar products. I think it provides a way to teleconference that is pretty basic.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to teleconference integrated into my research application UserTesting.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When conducting research on Zoom, it is often very frustrating. There are a lot of permissions application boxes that pop up and it is difficult for users to share their screen which is the primary reason I need to use it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Consider all the features that you need, including ease of use and look at what other products are out there.
