What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Not just for video calling. Zoom Workplace streamlines all your meeting, chat, calendar and collaboration tools in one place.I personally have always had great success using the video/chat function for internal teams and clients alike.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Both audio/video quality and sharing was exceptionally dependable and seemed to be sooooo smooth. If you do need to use these presentations daily (which i need to present dashboards & reports on a regular basis and it's great not having the technical hang up in screen-sharing)

What do you dislike most about this product?

A few more of the enhanced collaboration capabilities take a while to get used to, and slower internet can affect some aspect of performance. A slightly lighter version could be useful as well, considering the desktop app usage.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If your organization needs a virtual workspace, look no further than Zoom Workplace. Go beyond meetings and check out how you could also utilise the whiteboard tools and other features designed for effective collaboration.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

We are mostly using zoom for our daily activity as connecting with our teammates, scheduling meetings, group calls and file sharing. In terms of use and simplicity, it is way ahead of its competitors, although in our organization we have used MS Teams also, but using zoom feels so easy and handy in daily life as a software engineer.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Daily meeting with teammates, sharing important files, security it provides, etc.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing much but its uses a lot of data as compared to other similar platforms, this is what i feel. I may be wrong but yeah sometimes it uses a lot of mobile data to load or in video calls or meetings.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are working in a small or mid size company, definitely you can consider this Zoom workplace. For large scale companies, they can also use but with some customization and security upgrades, which you can easily get from zoom support or vendor. I love this in my day to day work.

I think the thing which differentiates it from others is its breadth of features like there are multiple features present in a single platform , they help us a lot

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Actually we have been using it for so long now and we mainly use it as a meeting platform so its quality and audio conferencing is good , scheduling meeting is very easy , it is very very easy to use

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think its video quality can be improved a little bit like when we don't have any network problem even then its video quality is not upto the mark

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend it to every organization that want a perfect meting and scheduling tool at zero cost
