What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Basecamp becomes the ideal tool when it comes to managing various projects, since my profession requires to be managing and developing various projects, as well as participating with other professionals, I generally use it when it involves long projects and requires the participation of many specialists in different areas greatly facilitates interaction, in addition to having tools that allow you to review the project, assign tasks, create discussions, contributions and everything related that allows to contribute positive aspects to carry out the project. Its interface is simple and offers a lot of help at the beginning and has a good support that offers any help with any problem or doubt. Access is via the web and no additional software is required which allows to work easily from any equipment without inconvenience, I have been using Basecamp for 3 years and the results have been very positive With the teams and leaders in charge of projects, they have applied this solution in most cases.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think there are no disadvantages so far, only that it is 100% online something that you should consider if you go on a trip when you want to access the project, remember that it must be connected to the internet.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The user interface can be overweleming to new users but its not a problem as they adopt easily to using it with time.
