What differentiates Keap from other similar products?

Outdated interface Limited customizations Pricing is high compared to other options.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The workflow management is use friendly and visual - this was my favorite aspect of the the solution.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The lack of essential native solutions such as booking and scheduling links. The contact based pricing structure that counts all contact records with no way to archive dead contacts. The lack of ability to track opt-in statuses such as whether or not a lead has opted in to receive SMS. Lacked an evolution of functionality with the changing regulatory demands and doesn't support all legal business types.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Look into your options and contact previous users.

Turn leads into customers faster.

Likeliness to Recommend

9 /10

What differentiates Keap from other similar products?

I notice that how smoothly leads come in and get organized. Whether it’s from a form, landing page, or campaign it automatically creates a clean contact record. I’m not spending time fixing data or chasing missing details so it’s already structured and ready to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like how straight forward it is to organize and prioritize leads. Tagging makes it easy to group contacts based on interest or behavior so I can quickly focus on the ones that actually matter. It’s not overly complicated but it does the job really well.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I’ve noticed that the reporting isn’t as detailed as I’d like. It gives a good overview but for deeper analysis or custom reports it falls short.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It’s a great fit if you want to automate follow ups and keep your lead management process simple and consistent. Just make sure you spend some time setting things up properly at the start because that’s where you’ll see the real value.

  • Continually Improving Product

The logic automation engine.

Likeliness to Recommend

9 /10

What differentiates Keap from other similar products?

This software only manages to survive because of the Campaign Builder. It visualizes the logic of drip campaigns idealistically. The paths of a customer journey diverge in terms of email sent, link clicked, tag applied, and in a flowchart that literally works. It does not stumble on complicated behavioral triggers like other platforms.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It applies process discipline. After you construct the machine, it is emotionless. It also makes sure that there is no follow-up that is missed due to human error. The Campaign Builder is the only reason this software exists. It visualizes the logic of a drip campaign perfectly. You can see the branching paths of a customer email sent, link clicked, and tag applied in a flowchart that actually executes. It ensures that no follow-up is ever missed because of human error. Recommend it for the backend logic.

What do you dislike most about this product?

They have made it simple over the years, but the rich settings remain like navigating a labyrinth. In addition, the contact record interface is disorganized. It shows excessively much information simultaneously, and it is difficult to locate the very section of information you need during a call.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Suggest it on the backend logic. And you apply this when you would like to create a predefined marketing engine. It is an engine that is very strong with an old support structure.

Pros

  • Helps Innovate
  • Continually Improving Product
  • Reliable
  • Enables Productivity
