What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Being able to move from a conversation to a meeting and then back to ongoing collaboration without changing platforms is probably the feature I value the most. It creates a smoother work experience and helps keep discussions, decisions, and follow-up actions connected in a more natural way.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As more collaboration features are added, it can take a little time to discover and make full use of everything available. While the platform remains easy to use overall, some capabilities may not be immediately obvious until users spend more time exploring the workspace.

Making use of more than just the meeting functionality can significantly improve the overall experience. Taking time to explore messaging, collaboration, and workspace features helps create a more connected workflow and allows teams to get greater value from the platform beyond video calls alone.

Advanced AI integration of third party tools like Jira and Slack enabling cross platform workflows and tasks, is a standout feature.

What do you dislike most about this product?

File sharing capabilities within the platform can be improved upon as they lack structure and context.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If they regularly hold large webinars or meetings, it is the go to choice. If already integrated a different system, they can review their requirements and accordingly decide.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom as my experience It is good for doing daily scrum calls with clients as well as team members. It gives us rich audio & video quality with very low latency and background noise optimization. It available on all platforms like web, desktop and mobile app.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Screen sharing, white boarding and screen recording all are my favorite features. Also zoom meeting transcription helps us to save time in note taking and making summary.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Switching calls from one device to another is not easy. Sometimes I feel background noise optimization doesn't work in web app.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoom using from the Covid time. It never disappoint us so always recommend and good to use tool.
